紅豆芋圓地瓜圓湯 Red Bean Soup with Taro & Yam Balls

材料 Ingredients

紅豆湯 Red Bean Soup 2 杯 Cup
芋圓 Taro balls 15 顆 ea
地瓜圓 Yam balls 15 顆 ea
水 Water 4 杯 cup
 紅豆芋圓地瓜圓圖片

做法
1.將紅豆湯準備好。
2.把4杯水煮開後加入芋圓和地瓜圓用中火煮熟,約5分鐘。如果芋圓或地瓜圓是冷凍過的,煮的時間要加長。
3.撈出煮熟的芋圓和地瓜圓加入紅豆湯即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Prepare the red bean soup.
2.Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Add the taro and yam balls and cook in medium heat until they are done (approx.. 5 minutes). If the taro or yam balls are frozen, increase the cooking time.
3.Transfer the cooked taro and yam balls (without water) to the red bean soup.
